Crosspoint Gear and Showerspass waterproof knit gloves suck the vapid murk right out of the clouds

Is it the weather or the place? every year these gloves come into rotation around November time and stay for a while longer than expected. The rainy days of the North West of America and even the North of England benefit from these die hard classics that have been on the scene for a few years now.

The beauty is the knit construction, making a snug and secure feeling, backed up by well placed tpe grippy palms, great on a commute or a ferociously friendly drop sprint in the rain. Then boom the party in the middle is a waterproof PU membrane, just like you find in all your other fancy breathing waterproof jackets to keep your hands dry from the outside. The cuff length is perfect and they fit true to size guide.

For 2025 Crosspoint dropped a new colourway called Jungle as an analogous colour to compliment the tans and beiges of moderns kits and accents. Just to note, a staple in their line and one of my fav for safety reasons is the Safety Orange versions keeping it real on the hand signals or gestures as needed. The only caution point with these gloves is to be gentle putting on and removing to ensure a long life, the stretchiness can be misleadingly and heavy handed pulling on and off can damage the inner membrane. Other than that, these for me are great down to 40f (4c) when it’s time to beef up to something with a tad more insulation. (wink a product idea for you mates)
