Nutrition: Rice cake sunday

Sorted up a fresh batch of cycling food before the blueberries go out of season. A fresh batch of berry choc chip rice cakes, this time using Coconut milk (instead of coconut cream) and I mixed the berries direct with the rice instead of a layer style makeup. Full recipe here

The trick to maximum awesomeness is storing these chaps is double ziplocks in the fridge. Ensuring your ride snacks stay moist and tasty before you head out on your ride.
